摘要
在“双减”政策实施及2035年远景目标实现等新形势下,图书馆少儿馆员面向少年儿童开展服务对促进青少年健康成长起着至关重要的作用。运用文献分析法、行为事件访谈法提取胜任特征指标,采用扎根理论进行要素编码,得到指标、范畴、主范畴,并进行饱和度检验,在此基础上构建少儿馆员胜任力的冰山模型,并提出本模型的应用建议。
Children’s librarians play a crucial role in providing library services to young children,in the context of the“Double Reduction”policy and in the process of achieving the long-term goal of 2035.Using literature analysis and behavioral event interviews to extract competency indicators,grounded theory is used to code elements,then indicators,categories,and main categories are obtained,and saturation test is conducted.On this basis,the iceberg model of young librarians competence is constructed,and the Application suggestions of this model are put forward.
