摘要
科研助理作为科学家的得力助手,逐步成为科学研究体系中重要的辅助型人才。科研助理职业经过进一步细化形成科研财务助理,充分体现了当前科研工作在人才队伍集约化和能力建设专业化的需要。但科研助理岗位的整体职业规划机制和绩效评价方案尚未有效开展,科研助理的职能效价和作用评价有待考量,这对于科研助理的团队稳定性和未来发展造成一定的阻碍。为了进一步发掘科研助理岗位职能承载能力,结合科研助理的各项工作任务,以行政财务辅助的科研助理为研究实例,制定相关任务评价指标,进而设置绩效评价目标和方案,并对科研助理的职业规划展开探析。
As indispensable aids in alleviating the workload of scientists,research assistants have gradually emerged as crucial support roles within the scientific research system.This evolution has led to the emergence of specialized positions such as research finance assistants,showcasing a new level of concentration of talent and professional capacity building.However,the overall career planning schemes and performance evaluation mechanisms for research assistants have yet to be effectively implemented.The evaluation of the functional value and impact of research assistants remains to be considered,posing obstacles to the stability and future development of research teams.In order to further expand the scope of research assistant positions,this article takes into account the various tasks performed by research assistants,with a specific focus on those who provide administrative and financial support.It proposes the establishment of relevant task evaluation indicators,sets performance evaluation goals and plans,and explores the career planning opportunities for research assistants.
