医药流通企业数字化转型与财务绩效——以九州通为例

Digital Transformation and Financial Performance of Pharmaceutical Distribution Enterprises——A Case Study of Jointown

医疗体制改革深入推进,医药流通企业逐步开始数字化转型。以九州通为例,探究企业数字化转型与财务绩效的关系,以及数字转型前后财务绩效表现,为医药流通企业利用数字化转型提高财务绩效提供参考。结果表明,九州通数字化转型与财务绩效有很强的关联性,并且无论是财务指标还是EVA,九州通数字化转型后财务绩效都有所提高。医药流通企业需要充分发挥数字化转型优势,在优化线上销售、提高收款效率、提升创新能力方面作出提升,以此推进医药流通企业数字化转型发展。

The reform of the domestic medical system has been further promoted,and pharmaceutical distribution enterprises have gradually started Digital transformation.Taking Jointown as an example,this paper explores the relationship between digital transformation and financial performance of enterprises,as well as financial performance before and after digital transformation,so as to provide reference for pharmaceutical distribution enterprises to improve financial performance through digital transformation.The results show that:There is a strong correlation between the digital transformation and financial performance of Jointown,and whether it is financial indicators or EVA,the financial performance of Jointown has been improved after the digital transformation,Pharmaceutical circulation enterprises need to give full play to the advantages of digital transformation,improve online sales,improve collection efficiency,and enhance innovation ability,so as to promote the digital transformation of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
