摘要
随着城市轨道交通线网规模扩大,运营风险逐渐增大,检修维护成本日益提高。随着物联网、大数据、云计算和智能决策与智能控制等技术的出现,推动轨道交通行业智能化、智慧化发展,进一步提升轨道交通运营安全、提高运营效率、优化运营管理、改善服务质量等,是目前行业内普遍关注的技术热点。城市轨道交通供电系统通过在一次设备上加装智能监控设备、传感器等在线监控装置,能够及时获取牵引变电所设备的状态量并实现快速预警,建立城市轨道交通供电智能运维系统。智能运维能够有助于提高城轨供电系统的运行效率,使牵引供电系统的稳定性、安全性和经济性得到提升,该文选用城轨变电所的部分重要设备进行在线监测,描述其健康状态,研究包括110 kV GIS、油浸式变压器、35 kV GIS、DC1500 V开关柜、干式变压器和整流器等关键设备的监测方案,搭建城市轨道交通供电系统智能运维系统架构网络图,为城轨供电系统的智能运维建设提供参考。
With the expansion of the scale of urban rail transit network,the operation risk increases gradually,and the maintenance cost increases day by day.With the emergence of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,intelligent decision-making and intelligent control,promote the smart,intelligent development of the rail transit industry,further improve rail transit operation safety,improve operation efficiency,optimize operation management,improve service quality,etc.,is the technical focus of widespread concern in the industry.By installing intelligent monitoring equipment,sensors and other on-line monitoring devices on the primary equipment,the urban rail transit power supply system can obtain the state quantity of traction substation equipment in time and realize rapid early warning,and establish an intelligent operation and maintenance system for urban rail transit power supply.Intelligent operation and maintenance can help to improve the operation efficiency of urban rail power supply system and improve the stability,safety and economy of traction power supply system.This paper selects some important equipment of urban rail substation for on-line monitoring,describes its health status,and studies the monitoring schemes of key equipment,including 110 kV GIS,oil-immersed transformer,35 kV GIS,DC1500 V switchgear,dry transformer and rectifier.The network diagram of intelligent operation and maintenance system of urban rail transit power supply system is built to provide reference for the construction of intelligent operation and maintenance of urban rail transit power supply system.
