数字化时代下远程集装箱起重机调试优化研究

摘要 为解决集装箱起重机调试过程中工程师人员不足,优化现有资源利用,提高施工工程效率,实现远程调试作业的安全性,采用一系列先进的技术手段,包括视频图像监控、工控机控制系统、远程对讲设备以及单兵设备等,利用5G专线网线协同工作来实现远程调试。结果表明,远程集装箱起重机调试方案成功应对工程师人员不足的问题,成功地优化工程师的工作环境,减少调试期间的安全风险。说明通过采用远程调试作业,能有效地利用现代技术的优势,提升自动化项目调试的效能,从而为工程领域的可持续发展作出贡献。 In order to solve the shortage of engineers in the process of container crane debugging,optimize the utilization of existing resources and improve the efficiency of construction engineering,the safety of remote debugging operation is realized.A series of advanced technical means are adopted,including video image monitoring,industrial control computer control system,remote intercom equipment and individual equipment,etc.,using 5G dedicated network cable to work together to achieve remote debugging.The results show that the debugging scheme of remote container crane successfully deals with the problem of shortage of engineers,optimizes the working environment of engineers,and reduces the safety risk during debugging.This shows that by adopting remote debugging operation,we can effectively make use of the advantages of modern technology and improve the efficiency of automatic project debugging,thus contributing to the sustainable development of the engineering field.
