从医学生服务乡村振兴的价值向度、核心要义和动力系统出发透析逻辑理路,基于实践调查,明确关键因素,提高医学生对农业农村现代化程度知晓理解度;全面把握政策,引导有意愿的医学专业大学生服务农村、扎根农村。把培养“下得去、留得住、用得上、能发展”的乡村医学人才振兴落实在招生、培养与就业等人才培养链条上,贯穿全过程,构建医学生面向基层就业服务保障体系,提出创新校县乡村合作基层医学英才培养在地模式,是促进医学人才服务乡村振兴的现实路径。

Based on the value orientation,core meaning and power system of medical students serving rural revitalization,based on the practice surveys,and the key factors,improve medical students’understanding of agricultural and rural modernization;Fully grasp the policy,and guide medical college students to serve and take root in rural areas.The revitalization of rural medical talents that can be“lowered,retained,used and developed”can be implemented in the chain of talent training,such as recruitment,training and employment.Throughout the whole process,to build a service and guarantee system for grassroots employment for medical students and put forward the innovative mode of“school,county and rural cooperation grassroots medical talents”is a realistic path to promote medical talents to serve rural revitalization.
