当高校采用大类招生培养模式后,大学新生对于专业的认同感降低问题也随之暴露。思想政治工作是学校各项工作的生命线,但如何将理想信念和专业认同一体化来增强新生适应性教育很少被高校关注。创新思想政治教育的方式方法成为应对新挑战的重要举措:如提升立德树人的育人平台建设,促进师生有效沟通;强化思想状况动态分析和价值引领相联动,提高思想政治工作的针对性;深入挖掘专业课程中的思想政治建设元素,实现两者的高度融合。

When colleges and universities adopt the talent training model of large-enrollment,the problem of lowering the sense of identity of university freshmen is also exposed.Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all school work,but how to link“ideals and beliefs”and“professional identity”to enhance the adaptive education of freshmen is a problem that has rarely been paid attention to.Innovating the methods and approaches of ideological and political education has become an important measure to cope with the new challenges:to improve the construction of the platform for fostering virtue and talent,to promote the effective communication between teachers and students;to strengthen the linkage between the dynamic analysis of ideological conditions and the leadership of value,to improve the pertinence of ideological and political work;to deeply explore the ideological and political elements in the professional courses and achieve a high degree of integration.
