面向应用型人才培养的实践教学改革研究

Research on Practical Teaching Reform for the Cultivation of Application-Oriented Talents

随着我国产业链转型升级,各行各业对高素质应用型人才需求日益迫切,急需大量的高素质应用型人才。实践教学是应用型人才培养的重要环节,也是培养学生实践能力的必要途径。研究通过结合地方高校应用型人才培养的实践教学面临的问题,借鉴德国应用技术大学成熟的实践教学人才培养体系,总结出我国应用型人才培养在实践教学模式、师资队伍建设和校企合作等方面的实践教学改革路径,为我国应用型高校探索卓越应用型人才培养和服务区域经济发展提供了依据。

With the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial chain,the demand for high-quality applied talents is increasingly urgent,and a large number of high-quality applied talents are urgently needed.Practical teaching is an important part of application-oriented talents training,and also a necessary way to cultivate students’practical ability.By combining the problems the practice of the local universities applied talents training practice teaching is facing,drawing lessons from mature practice teaching personnel training system of German applied technology universities,this study summarizes practice teaching reform path for the applied talents training in practice teaching mode,teaching staff construction and university-enterprise cooperation,for our country applied universities to explore outstanding applied talents training and service provides the basis for regional economic development.
