现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作的重要途径,是国家职业教育改革的重要举措。适应新时代背景的课程改革与建设是人才培养的核心,是人才培养质量的保证。从现代学徒制人才培养模式下课程教学困境分析入手,选取典型课程改革实践,梳理得到适用于现代学徒制的课程改革路径规划。详细阐述了校企贯通式课程重构、校企互联式教学平台构建、校企互通式教学考核方式,为职业院校基于现代学徒制的课程改革提供了有益借鉴。

The modern apprenticeship is an important way to deepen the integration of industry and education,as well as school enterprise cooperation,and is an important measure of the national vocational education reform.The curriculum reform and construction that adapts to the background of the new era is the core of talent cultivation and the guarantee of talent cultivation quality.The article starts with an analysis of the difficulties in curriculum teaching under the modern apprenticeship talent cultivation model,selects typical curriculum reform practices,and sorts out the curriculum reform path planning applicable to the modern apprenticeship system.Detailed explanations were provided on the restructuring of the“school enterprise integration”style curriculum,the construction of the“school enterprise interconnection”style teaching platform,and the“school enterprise interconnection”style teaching assessment method.This provides useful reference for the curriculum reform of vocational colleges based on modern apprenticeship system.
