摘要
在“新工科建设行动路线”中,机器人科技人才培养受到广泛关注。目前所面向的在新工科基础上对机器人工程专业高级应用型人才培养模式还在初步探索中,并未形成完整体系。探索以多主体协同育人创新模式框架为基本架构、以“课程—项目—竞赛”驱动为抓手的人才培养新模式,经过3年多的实践检验,该模式取得初步成效,在学生竞赛获奖、科研成果产出、知识能力水平、升学率方面都有较大提高。该人才培养新模式对学生学习自主能动性的提高、专业知识和素质的提升、科研态度和能力的培养具有较好的推动作用。
In the“Action Line for New Engineering Construction”,the training of robotics technology talents has received widespread attention.The current model for cultivating advanced application-oriented talents in robotics engineering on the basis of“new engineering education”is still in preliminary exploration and has not yet formed a complete system.This article explores a new talent training model based on the multi-subject collaborative education innovation model framework as the basic structure and driven by“curriculum-project-competition”.After more than 3 years of practical testing,this model has achieved initial results in student competitions,scientific research output,knowledge and ability levels,and enrollment rates.This new talent training model has a good promotion effect on improving students’independent learning initiative,improving professional knowledge and quality,and cultivating scientific research attitudes and abilities.
