情景模拟教学在重症医学科住培中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 2020年,国家卫生健康委将重症医学专业纳入住院医师规范化培训,为重症人才的规范化培养指明了方向。但由于急危重症患者病情急、变化快,限制了住院医师对疑难重症诊治的参与度,给临床实践教学带来一定困难,导致理论教学和临床实践不能很好地结合,出现重症医师培养困难、培养周期较长等问题。针对此现状,将情景模拟教学引入重症医学专业住院医师规范化培训中,可以显著提升学员的临床核心胜任力,并被学员接受和认可。通过对重症医学科情景模拟教学课程的介绍旨在为其他基地重症医师的培养提供参考。 Due to the urgent condition and rapid change of critical patients,residents’participation in the diagnosis and treatment of critical patients is limited,which brings some difficulties to clinical practice teaching.As a result,theoretical teaching and clinical practice cannot be well combined,and problems such as difficulty and long cycle of critical care physician training appear.To solve this problem,the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College introduced situational simulation teaching into the standardized training for residents of intensive care medicine,which can significantly improve the clinical core competence of the students and be accepted and recognized by the students.This paper aims to provide reference for the cultivation of critical care physicians in other bases by introducing the situational simulation teaching course of intensive care medicine in our hospital.
