摘要
脂肪酶属于常见的生物催化剂,当前已经在医药和生物化工领域得到了广泛应用,但是由于游离脂肪酶的稳定性较差,很容易受外界环境因素影响,不能有效重复使用,故而对酶催化的效率和效果造成了不利影响。基于此,文章对脂肪酶的固定化技术展开详细分析,并研究其在药物合成领域的应用,旨在为提升脂肪酶的固定化处理效果和提高其在药物合成中的应用水平提供助力。
Lipase is a common biocatalyst and is currently widely used in the fields of medicine and biochemistry.However,due to the lack of stability of free lipase,it is easily affected by external environmental factors and cannot be effectively reused,which has a negative impact on the catalytic efficiency and effectiveness of the enzyme.Based on this,the paper analyzes the immobilization technology of lipase and studies its application in drug synthesis,aiming to provide assistance for improving the immobilization treatment effect of lipase and improving its application level in drug synthesis.
