不同剂量高效氟吡甲禾灵原药90d喂养对大鼠的毒性实验观察

Experimental Observation on the Toxicity of Different Doses of High Efficiency Fluclopyrrhetinin Technical Feed for 90 Days in Rats

摘要 文章旨在评估用不同剂量的高效氟吡甲禾灵原药喂养90 d对大鼠的毒性影响。以健康大鼠为实验对象,将其随机平均分为实验组和对照组,采用口服给药的方法对实验组给予不同剂量高效氟吡甲禾灵原药,而对照组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液。实验期间定期观察动物的一般状况和行为,测定其体重、血液生化指标和器官重量等生理参数,并进行统计分析。通过实验发现,高剂量组大鼠在实验期间体重增长受到了抑制,出现了行为异常的情况,血液生化指标显示高剂量组大鼠的肝功能和肾功能均出现了异常,通过分析具体数据,发现高剂量高效氟吡甲禾灵原药喂养对大鼠产生了明显的毒性效应(P<0.05)。最终结果表明,在高剂量喂养的情况下,高效氟吡甲禾灵原药会对大鼠的肝脏和肾脏功能造成不可逆的严重损害。 The aim of the study is to evaluate the toxic effects of different doses of high efficiency fluoropyrrolidone technical drug on rats fed for 90 days.Healthy rats were mainly used as experimental subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was given different doses of high efficiency flupyrazole technical solution by oral administration,while the control group was given 0.9%sodium chloride solution.During the experiment,the general condition and behavior of animals were regularly observed,and physiological parameters such as body weight,blood biochemical indicators,and organ weight were measured and statistically analyzed.Through experiments,it was found that the weight gain of rats in the high-dose group was inhibited during the experiment,leading to abnormal behavior.Blood biochemical indicators showed abnormalities in liver and kidney function in the high-dose group.Through specific data analysis,it was clear that high-dose and high-efficiency fluclopidogrel technical feeding had a significant toxic effect on rats(P<0.05).The final results indicate that under high-dose feeding,the high efficiency fluclopyrrhetinic acid technical drug causes irreversible damage to the liver and kidney function of rats.
