混合式教学模式在微生物检验技能考核教学中的探索与实践

摘要 微生物检验技能考核可以有效检验学生的专业技能与实操能力,但传统的教学模式显然已经无法满足当前社会对学生以及教师综合素养的高要求了。基于此,文章通过观察法、比较法、问卷调查法及访谈法研究了依托于学习通网络教学平台的混合式教学模式在微生物检验技能考核教学中的应用效果。初步实践结果表明,相较于传统教学方法,该教学模式提高了学生的实操能力和技能考核的成绩,同时激发了学生的学习兴趣并提高了其自主学习的积极性。因此,在微生物检验技能的考核教学中,混合式教学模式值得进行深度研究和推广。 Microbial testing skills assessment can effectively test students'professional skills and practical abilities,but traditional teaching models can no longer meet the high requirements of today's society for students and teachers'comprehensive literacy.The paper studies the application effect of a hybrid teaching model based on the learning communication network teaching platform in microbial testing skill assessment teaching through observation,comparison,questionnaire survey,and interview methods.Preliminary practice has shown that compared to traditional teaching methods,this teaching model improves students'practical abilities and skill assessment scores,while also stimulating students'interest in learning and enhancing their enthusiasm for self-directed learning.Therefore,in the teaching of microbiological testing skills assessment,the blended teaching model is worthy of in-depth research and promotion.
