摘要
文章利用土壤盆栽和大田实验探究了硫酸盐还原菌WH16-1对烟草产量、叶绿素及酶活的变化及根茎叶中镉含量的影响。结果发现,在镉污染土壤中施加菌剂WH16-1后,土壤中可交换态和碳酸盐结合态镉的含量均有所降低,而铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态和残渣态镉的含量均有所增加;叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量增加,戊二醛(MDA)的含量降低;烟草的生物量增加,烟草植株的镉含量相应降低。
This study investigates the effectiveness of decreasing the bioavailability of Cd in pot experiments and in field experiments of Cd-contaminated tobacco soil by sulfate-reducing bacterium WH16-1.The WH16-1 strain was incubated in Cd2+-added tobacco soil pot and field experiments and compared with the uninoculated Cd2+-added soil.Comparison showed that the exchangeable and carbonate-bound Cd in the paddy soil decreased,the Fe-Mn oxide-bound,organic matter-bound and the residual Cd increased.Comparison also showed that the content of chlorophyll,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)increased and glutaraldehyde(MDA)decreased,the biomass of tobacco increased,and the content of cadmium in tobacco plants decreased.
