成品油罐区紧急切断阀改造后的液位联锁优化分析

摘要 根据应急管理部2022年下发的《油气储存企业紧急切断系统基本要求(试行)》的相关规定和在役油库储罐紧急切断阀改造过程中存在的问题,分别提出了相应改进建议。针对大部分油库超高液位联锁采用音叉液位开关易造成误触发的问题,提出紧急切断的条件改为中控室远程手动紧急切断阀按钮拍停或者现场防火堤外紧急切断按钮拍停。针对紧急切断阀液压型执行机构存在的价格昂贵、体积大,安装不便和电动型执行机构存在的对供电回路高的问题,提出优先选择液压型执行机构。 According to the relevant provisions of the“Basic Requirements for Emergency Shutoff System of Oil and Gas Storage Enterprises(Trial)”issued by the Emergency Management Department in 2022,and the problems existing in the renovation process of emergency shutoff valves for in-service oil storage tanks,corresponding improvement suggestions have been proposed.In response to the issue of most oil depots using tuning fork level switches for ultra-high level interlocking,which can easily cause false triggering,it is proposed to change the condition for emergency cut-off to remote manual emergency cut-off valve button tapping in the central control room or on-site emergency cut-off button tapping outside the fire dike.In response to the problems of high price,large volume,inconvenient installation,and high demand for power supply circuits in hydraulic actuators of emergency shutoff valves,it is proposed to prioritize the selection of hydraulic actuators.
