The historical evolution of German guild organizations and the origins and development of modern apprenticeship systems are interwoven.Germany's prolonged period of political division,the unique functional role of guild organizations in urban development,and factors such as vocational spirit and culture have collectively nurtured the model of modern apprenticeship systems in Germany,playing a positive role in socio-economic development.Analyzing the functions and characteristics of German guild organizations in serving modern apprenticeship systems and considering the bottlenecks in constructing our country's modern apprenticeship system,recommendations are proposed,which include introducing specialized guild legal systems,establishing platforms for guilds to serve modern apprenticeship systems,exploring new structures for industry-education integration,and collectively fostering a strong vocational spirit and culture throughout society,all contributing to the advancement strategy of our country's modern apprenticeship system.
