农业科研单位作为乡村振兴的重要力量之一,对支撑乡村振兴战略实施具有十分重要的作用。文章总结了北京市农林科学院支撑乡村振兴战略实施的实践成效,从产业振兴、人才振兴和生态振兴三个方面分析了农业科研单位在支撑乡村振兴战略实施中存在的不足,从凸显科技优势、培育科技人才、推行绿色发展等方面提出了对策建议,旨在为农业科研单位更好地支撑乡村振兴战略实施提供参考。

As one of the important forces for rural revitalization,agricultural research institutes play a very important role in supporting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The article summarizes the practical effectiveness of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences in supporting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.It analyzes the deficiencies of agricultural research institutes in supporting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy from the aspects of industrial revitalization,talent revitalization and ecological revitalization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of highlighting the advantages of science and technology,fostering scientific and technological talents,and carrying out green development,etc.,aiming at providing references for agricultural research institutes to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in a better way.
