融媒体背景下农业科研院所共青团宣传工作方式研究

Research on the Propaganda Work Mode of the Communist Youth League of Agricultural Research Institutes under the Background of Integrated Media

共青团宣传工作是农业科研院所团建工作的重要组成部分,肩负着青年人才思想政治教育和价值引领的任务。随着融媒体时代的到来,如何围绕科研单位特点,构建“内容共融、时空共振、资源共享”的融媒体宣传阵地是共青团宣传工作面临的新任务和新挑战。文章分析了目前江苏省农业科学院共青团宣传工作现状,通过数据搜集、问卷调查及实例等方法分析各宣传方式及内容的优势和不足,并从树立受众意识、搭建传播矩阵、深耕传播内容、加强队伍建设等方面提出了融媒体时代共青团组织宣传工作提质增效的路径。

The propaganda work of the Communist Youth League is an important part of league building of the agricultural scientific research institute and shoulders the task of ideological and political education and value guidance for young talents.With the arrival of the era of integrated media,how to focus on the characteristics of scientific research institutes,to build"content integration,time and space resonance,resource sharing"integrated media propaganda position is a new task and a new challenge to the propaganda work of the Communist Youth League.The article analyzed the current situation of the propaganda work of the Communist Youth League of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of each propaganda method and content through data collection,questionnaires and examples,and put forward the path to improve the quality and efficiency of the propaganda work of the Communist Youth League organization in the era of integrated media in terms of setting up the awareness of the audience,building the dissemination matrix,deepening the communication content,and strengthening the team construction.
