摘要
目的探讨多模态MRI在帕金森病(PD)及其表型鉴别中的应用。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例PD患者为观察组,同期80例健康人群为对照组。两组均接受MRI检查,分析MRI鉴别PD表型的价值。结果观察组左侧丘脑齿状核连接分区、双侧黑质、小脑上脚的FA值及左侧丘脑齿状核连接分区、双侧黑质、左侧额中回下部皮质AD值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。PIGD型患者的脑桥横束MD、AD值,以及右侧小脑皮质、右侧中脑AD值均高于TD型患者(P<0.05)。结论不同表型PD患者的脑微结构存在差异,结合MRI T1及DTI序列成像可有效鉴别TD型及PIGD型患者的脑微结构改变。
Objective To explore the application of multimodal MRI in the identification of Parkinson's disease(PD)and its phenotypes.Methods Eighty patients with PD admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups received MRI examination,and the value of MRI in identifying PD phenotypes was analyzed.Results The FA values of the left thalamus dentate nucleus connection area,bilateral substantia nigra and superior cerebellar peduncle,and the AD values of the left thalamus dentate nucleus connection area,bilateral substantia nigra and left middle frontal gyrus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MD and AD values of the transverse pontine bundle,and the AD values of the right cerebellar cortex and the right midbrain in the patients with PIGD type were higher than those in the patients with TD type(P<0.05).Conclusions The brain microstructures of PD patients with different phenotypes are different.Combined with MRI T,and DTI sequence imaging,the brain microstructure changes of patients with TD type and PIGD type can be effectively identified.
