纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合削痂植皮术对危重烧伤患者创面愈合、疼痛程度及炎性指标水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合削痂植皮术对危重烧伤患者创面愈合、疼痛程度及炎性指标的影响。方法70例危重烧伤患者随机分为两组,对照组采用削痂植皮术治疗,观察组采用纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合削痂植皮术治疗,比较两组的创面愈合情况、疼痛程度及炎性指标水平。结果观察组的创面愈合时间、肉芽生长时间均短于对照组,术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,术后7 d的CRP、IL-6、WBC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合削痂植皮术治疗危重烧伤患者可明显降低其术后疼痛程度,改善机体炎性反应,促进创面愈合。 Objective To explore the impact of nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with tangential excision and skin grafing on wound healing,pain degree and inflammatory indicators of patients with critical burn.Methods 70 patients with critical burn were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with tangential excision and skin grafting,and the observation group was treated with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with tangential excision and skin grafing.The wound healing,pain degree and inflammatory indicator levels were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and granulation growth time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and WBC at 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with tangential excision and skin grafting in the treatment of patients with critical burn can significantly reduce the postoperative pain degree,improve the body's inflammatory response,and promote wound healing.
