沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后心功能和血液流变指标的影响

Impact of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Combined with Atorvastatin on Cardiac Function and Hemorheology Indicators of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction After PCI Surger

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者PCI术后心功能和血液流变指标的影响。方法选取我院2021年3月至2023年2月收治的行PCI手术的96例AMI患者,随机分为两组。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组术后的心功能指标(CO、LVEF、LVEDD)、血液流变指标(WLV、WHV、FIB、D-D)。结果治疗后,观察组的CO、LVEF水平均高于对照组,LVEDD、WLV、WHV、FIB、D-D水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合阿托伐他汀可提高AMI患者的术后心功能和血液流变指标。

Objective To explore the impact of sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with atorvastatin on cardiac function and hemorheology indicators of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after PCI surgery.Methods 96 patients with AMI who received PCI surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with atorvastatin.The cardiac function indicators(CO,LVEF,LVEDD)and hemorheology indicators(WLV,WHV,FIB,D-D)were compared between the two groups.Results Afer treatment,the levels of CO and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of LVEDD,WLV,WHV,FIB and D-D were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with atorvastatin can improve the postoperative cardiac function and hemorheology indicators of patients with AMI.
