恩格列净联合德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗T2DM的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Empagliflozin Combined with Insulin Degludec and Insulin Aspart in the Treatment of T2DM

目的探讨恩格列净联合德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法70例T2DM患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组采用恩格列净联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用恩格列净联合德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、糖代谢指标及胰岛功能。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,C-P水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩格列净联合德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗T2DM的效果较好,可调节患者的糖代谢指标,改善其胰岛功能。

Objective To explore the effect of empagliflozin combined with insulin degludec and insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes melltus(T2DM).Methods 70 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with empagliflozin combined with metformin,and the observation group was treated with empagliflozin combined with insulin degludec and insulin aspart.The therapeutic effect,glucose metabolism indicators and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results Affer treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of FBG,2hPG and HbAlc were lower than those of the control group,and the level of C-P was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Empagliflozin combined with insulin degludec and insulin aspart in the treatment of T2DM has significant effect,which can regulate the glucose metabolism indicators of patients and improve their islet function.
