性激素六项检查在女性不孕症诊断中的临床应用价值分析

Analysis on the Clinical Application Value of Test of Six Sex Hormones in the Diagnosis of Female Infertility

目的探讨性激素六项检查在女性不孕症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的63例女性不孕症患者纳入观察组,同期49例健康人群纳入对照组。检测并比较两组的雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)及泌乳素(PRL)水平。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析性激素六项指标对不孕症的诊断效能。结果观察组的E2、P水平均低于对照组,LH、T、FSH、PRL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,性激素六项指标联合诊断女性不孕症的曲线下面积为0.902,高于各指标单独诊断。结论女性不孕症患者的性激素六项指标呈异常表达,其中E2、P水平较低,LH、T、FSH、PRL水平较高,性激素六项检查对于女性不孕症具有较高的诊断效能。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of test of six sex hormones in the diagnosis of female infertility.Methods 63 female infertility patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 49 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and prolactin(PRL)were detected and compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacies of six sex hormone indicators for infertility.Results The levels of E2 and P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of LH,T,FSH and PRL were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of the combination of six sex hormone indicators in the diagnosis of female infertility was 0.902,higher than that of each indicator alone.Conclusions The six sex hormone indicators in female infertility patients show abnormal expression,among which,the levels of Ez and P are relatively low,and the levels of LH,T,FSH and PRL are relatively high.Test of six sex hormones has high diagnostic efficacy for female infertility.
