尼莫地平与盐酸多奈哌齐联合治疗对脑小血管病性认知障碍患者近期预后的影响

Effect of nimodipine combined with Donepezil hydrochloride on short-term prognosis of patients with cerebral small vessel cognitive impairment

目的探讨尼莫地平与盐酸多奈哌齐联合治疗对脑小血管病性认知障碍患者近期预后的影响。方法将2020年11月至2022年12月在鹤壁市人民医院治疗的88例脑小血管病性认知障碍患者随机分为两组,对照组应用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组使用尼莫地平与盐酸多奈哌齐联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果、神经功能、认知功能以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率97.73%,明显高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率9.09%,与对照组的6.82%比较无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平与盐酸多奈哌齐联合治疗对脑小血管病性认知障碍的效果较好,可有效改善患者神经功能与认知功能,且联合用药安全性较高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nimodipine combined with donepezil hydrochloride on the short-term prognosis of patients with cerebral small vessel cognitive impairment.Methods 88 patients with cognitive impairment caused by cerebrovascular disease treated in Hebi People's Hospital from November 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with nimodipine and donepezil hydrochloride.The treatment effect,neurological function,cognitive function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.73%,significantly higher than 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MoCA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%,without significant difference compared to 6.82%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of nimodipine and donepezil hydrochloride has better effect on cerebral small vessel cognitive impairment,which can effectively improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients,with higher safety,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
