规范化营养治疗流程及护理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨规范化营养治疗流程及护理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法80例胃癌化疗患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规营养干预,观察组采用规范化营养治疗流程及护理,比较两组的营养指标、免疫指标。结果干预后,观察组的体质量、PAB、Hb、Alb水平显著均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG、IgM水平显著高于对照组,CD8+水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化营养治疗及护理可改善胃癌化疗患者营养状态,提升其免疫功能。 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized nutritional treatment process and nursing in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nutritional intervention,and the observation group received standardized nutitional treatment process and nursing.The nutritional indicators and immune indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of body weight,PAB,Hb and Alb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized nutritional treatment process and nursing can improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.
