基于同伴支持的护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇心理状态及妊娠结局的影响

Impact of Nursing Intervention Based on Peer Support on Psychological State and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨基于同伴支持的护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇心理状态及妊娠结局的影响。方法84例GDM孕妇随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于同伴支持的护理干预,比较两组的心理状态和妊娠结局。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局发生率为11.90%,低于对照组的30.95%(P<0.05)。结论基于同伴支持的护理干预能有效缓解GDM孕妇的不良心理状态,降低其不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention based on peer support on psychological state and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 84 pregnant women with GDM were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on peer support on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 11.90%lower than 30.95%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on peer support can efectively alleviate the adverse psychological state of pregnant women with GDM,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
