维持性血液透析患者营养状况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of Nutritional Status and Analysis of Influencing Factors in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的调查维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,分析营养状况的相关影响因素。方法选取195例维持性血液透析患者,根据SGA评分分为营养正常组和营养不良组,比较两组的一般资料,分析患者营养状况的影响因素。结果195例维持性血液透析患者中,营养不良81例(41.54%),营养正常114例(58.46%)。单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、透析龄、透析频率、合并糖尿病、血清白蛋白水平为维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者营养不良发生率较高,年龄、透析龄、透析频率、合并糖尿病、血清白蛋白水平为维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and to analyze the related influencing factors of nutritional status.Methods 195 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and divided into the normal nutrition group and the malnutrition group according to SGA score.The general data of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of patients'nutritional status were analyzed.Results Among 195 patients with maintenance hemodialysis,there were 81 cases of malnutrition(41.54%)and 114 cases of normal nutrition(58.46%).Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,dialysis age,dialysis frequency,complication of diabetes mellitus and serum albumin level were the influencing factors of nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of malnutrition in patients with maintenance hemodialysis is high.Age,dialysis age,dialysis frequency,complication of diabetes mellitus and serum albumin level are the influencing factors of nutritional status in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
