企业视角下高校创新创业教育发展分析

Analysis on the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities from the Perspective of Enterprises

高校作为培养高素质人才的重要摇篮,在经济全球化的背景下,人们对高校教育质量提出了更高的要求。创新创业教育是当前高校教育体系中的重要内容,为推动教育体系良性发展,保障高校培养创新创业人才,贴合企业人才需求。本文从企业视角对高校创新创业教育发展情况进行研究,分析不足,提出发展方法,以便达到保证创新创业教育活动开展与企业运营发展需要相统一的目的,以期为提升高校整体教育水平提供参考。

As an important cradle for cultivating high-quality talents,universities have put forward higher requirements for the quality of higher education in the context of economic globalization.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of the current higher education system.To promote the healthy development of the education system,ensure the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities,and meet the talent needs of enterprises.This paper studies the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities from the perspective of enterprises,analyzes the shortcomings,and proposes development methods to achieve the goal of ensuring the unity of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities with the needs of enterprise operation and development,in order to provide reference for improving the overall education level of universities.
