新文科背景下地方高校翻译人才本土化培养研究

Research on Localization Training of Translation Talents in Local Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts

在新文科建设背景下,中国市场经济日益发达,市场经济对翻译人员的要求呈现出多元化、本土化和综合化特点。翻译人才本土化培养,已经成为各地院校在翻译专业发展所遇到的重要课题。本文结合浙江省绍兴市实际,探讨分析地方高校翻译专业人才培养的现状和问题,结合新文科建设大背景从翻译人才培养本土化培养目标、培养特点、培训路径等多个方面提出本土化翻译人才培养教学改革模式的模式与路径,培育高水平、全方位、多样化的本土化翻译人才,推动地方经济社会发展。

Under the background of the construction of the new liberal arts,China's market economy is increasingly developed,and the requirements of the market economy for translators show the characteristics of diversification,localization and integration.The localization training of translation talents has become an important issue in the development of translation majors in universities around China.Based on the actual situation of Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province,this paper discusses and analyzes the current situation and problems of the training of translation talents in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the mode and path of the teaching reform of the training of translation talents from the aspects of localization training objectives,characteristics and training paths in the context of the construction of new liberal arts.The purpose is to cultivate high-level,all-round and diversified localization translation talents to promote local economic and social development.
