新时代深化闽台高等教育融合发展探析

A Discussion on Deepening the Integrated Development of Higher Education Between Fujian and Taiwan in the New Era

福建在探索海峡两岸融合发展新路、建设台胞台企登陆的第一家园、建设两岸融合发展示范区过程中,要不断深化闽台高等教育融合发展。立足新时代,福建要充分利用闽台“五缘”优势和福建先行先试经验,总结闽台高等教育融合发展的特点,直面发展过程中存在的挑战。在推动闽台高等教育融合发展中,要继续贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想,持续深化闽台高等教育融合发展的统筹工作,优化对台优惠政策,强化示范引领,切实做好闽台高等教育融合发展,为建设两岸融合发展示范区贡献力量。

In the process of exploring an innovative approach of the integrated development across the Taiwan Strait,building the first home for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises,and setting up the pilot zone for integrated cross-straits development,Fujian should constantly deepen the integrated development of higher education with Taiwan.On the new era,Fujian was required to make full use of its first trial experience and take the advantages of the close links in five areas between Fujian and Taiwan,summarize the characteristics of the integrated development of higher education in Fujian and Taiwan,and face the challenges in the process of development.And during the promoting work,it should uphold the people-centered philosophy of development,continue deepening the integrated development of higher education in Fujian and Taiwan,optimize preferential policies for Taiwan,consolidate the leading role of demonstration,and effectively contribute to the construction of cross-straits integrated development pilot zone through the integrated development of higher education in Fujian and Taiwan.
