高职院校心理健康教育体系建构研究

Research on the Construction of Mental Health Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高等职业教育的快速发展,探索适合高等职业教育发展的心理健康教育路径,构建完善的心理健康教育体系,加强和改进新时代高职院校心理健康教育工作成为紧迫任务。高职院校要构建心理健康教育新格局,要以“五育并举”心理育人体系为核心,多元化课程教学体系和专业化心理咨询体系为基础,系统化预防干预体系和特色化实践活动体系为依托,科学化的人才培养体系为保障,EAP心理健康服务体系为补充,各体系工作各有侧重,彼此支撑,协同联动,共同完成育心育德的教育目标。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education,it has become an urgent task to explore the path of mental health education suitable for the development of higher vocational education,build a perfect mental health education system,and strengthen and improve the mental health education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Higher vocational colleges should build a new pattern of mental health education,and take"five education simultaneously"psychological education system as the core.Diversified curriculum teaching system and professional psychological counseling system as the basis,systematic prevention and intervention system and characteristic practice activity system as the support,scientific talent training system as the guarantee,EAP mental mental service system as the supplement,the work of each system has its own focus,supports each other,and works together to complete the educational goal of cultivating mind and morality.
