国务院建设全国统一大市场的背景下,乡村振兴成为全国统一大市场发展的重要落点,供销社作为党领导下的为农服务的综合性合作经济组织,具有服务乡村振兴的先发条件。因此,具备供销背景的高职院校理应在为乡村振兴提供人才支撑上首当其冲,可以通过供销社对接乡村产业需求,依托供销乡村数据、基层网点等乡村资源,利用技能交叉融合、科研和专业群联动、村校共育人才实践基地等措施,实现对乡村生产、经营、产业和服务全链条的人才持续输出。
