摘要
提升思想政治理论课的育人效果,教师必须教得入情入理,学生必须学得入脑入心。教师要教得入情入理,要抓住“师德师风”和“教研能力”两个核心点,从“引领、载体、团队、创新”四个方面驱动;学生要学得入脑入心,要从“读写听说赛行”中让学生“真听真懂真信”。提升思想政治理论课的育人效果,需要探索长效机制,要重视思想政治理论课教学工作的系统设计,满足教师教学能力发展和学生成长的共同需求,强化思想政治理论课文化氛围的稳健主导。
To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,it is crucial for instructors to adopt a rational approach in their teaching methods,while students must actively engage in learning.Instructors should employ a sensible teaching strategy that focuses on two key aspects:"ethics"and"teaching and research ability".This can be achieved by incorporating elements of leadership,curriculum development,teamwork,and innovation.Meanwhile,students should immerse themselves in the learning process through activities such as reading,writing,listening comprehension exercises,and oral discussion to ensure genuine understanding and belief.To improve the long-term teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive mechanism that emphasizes systematic course design.This mechanism should address both the professional development needs of instructors'instructional abilities as well as facilitate students'overall growth.Additionally,fostering an effective leadership role within the cultural atmosphere surrounding these courses will further strengthen their impact.
