数字经济背景下高校劳动教育的理论逻辑和路径思考

摘要 劳动教育具有强烈的时代特征与社会属性。数字经济背景下,高校劳动教育发生深刻变革,包括教育内容时代化、途径个性化、方式智能化、价值多元化等,亟待从理论基础、动力源泉、价值维度等视角把握数字经济背景下劳动教育变革的基本逻辑。面向数字经济时代的劳动教育要坚持方向引领,凸显劳动教育价值导向;坚持守正创新,重塑劳动教育内容体系;坚持灵活多样,立体搭建劳动实践平台。 Labor education has strong characteristics of the times and social attributes.In the context of the digital economy,there have been profound changes in labor education in colleges,including the modernization of educational content,personalization of approaches,intelligence of methods,and diversification of values.It is urgent to grasp the basic logic of labor education reform in the context of the digital economy from the perspectives of theoretical foundation,power source,and value dimension.Facing the digital economy era,labor education should adhere to direction guidance and highlight the value orientation of labor education;adhere to integrity and innovation,reshape the content system of labor education;adhere to flexibility and diversity,and build a three-dimensional labor practice platform.
