Labor education has strong characteristics of the times and social attributes.In the context of the digital economy,there have been profound changes in labor education in colleges,including the modernization of educational content,personalization of approaches,intelligence of methods,and diversification of values.It is urgent to grasp the basic logic of labor education reform in the context of the digital economy from the perspectives of theoretical foundation,power source,and value dimension.Facing the digital economy era,labor education should adhere to direction guidance and highlight the value orientation of labor education;adhere to integrity and innovation,reshape the content system of labor education;adhere to flexibility and diversity,and build a three-dimensional labor practice platform.
