摘要
工程伦理教育是塑造新时代卓越工程师必不可少的重要内容,为了适应“新工科”人才培养的需要,提升工程师的人文素养和职业道德,结合案例教学法对工程伦理课程进行教学改革。本文分析了工程伦理课程的教学现状,提出了当前工程伦理教育存在的不足,主要从教学内容创新、教学案例建设、教学方法改革和教学效果评价四个方面开展教学改革,结合案例教学法对工程伦理课程教育进行改革探索与实践,为进一步发展工程伦理教育提供思路和借鉴。
Engineering ethics education is an essential part of shaping outstanding engineers in the new era.In order to meet the needs of"new engineering"personnel training and improve engineers'humanistic quality and professional ethics,the teaching reform of engineering ethics course is carried out by combining case teaching method.This paper analyzes the teaching status of engineering ethics course,points out the shortcomings of current engineering ethics education,carries out teaching reform mainly from four aspects:teaching content innovation,teaching case construction,teaching method reform and teaching effect evaluation,and explores and practices the reform of engineering ethics course education by combining case teaching method.It provides ideas and reference for further development of engineering ethics education.
