延安时期党领导陕甘宁边区科普工作的历史考察和基本经验

A Historical Study and Basic Experience of the Science Popularization Work Led by the Communist Party in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the Yan’an Period

科学普及工作是科技工作的重要组成部分,深刻影响着社会经济文化的发展和国民科学素质的培育。延安时期陕甘宁边区面临经济、社会文化环境落后的状况和来自土匪、国民党及日军的经济封锁和军事威胁,党的领导人带领陕甘宁边区全体军民在抗战中大力普及科学技术,促进经济发展,维护社会稳定,提升军民科学文化素质和医药卫生技能,为抗战胜利奠定了良好的社会基础,也对当今新时代下科学技术普及工作有着借鉴意义。

Science popularization work is an important component of scientific and technological work,which profoundly affects the de⁃velopment of social,economic,and cultural sectors and the cultivation of national scientific literacy.During the Yan’an period,the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region faced economic,social,and cultural backwardness,as well as economic blockades and military threats from bandits,the Kuomintang,and the Japanese army.The Party’s leaders led the military and civilians in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region to vigorously promote scientific and technological knowledge,promote economic development,maintain social order and stability,improve the scientific and cultural literacy and medical and health skills of the military and civilians,and lay a good social foundation for the victory of the anti-Japanese War.This is also meaningful for China’s current science and technology pop⁃ularization work in the new era.
