摘要
羽毛球运动损伤非常常见,不同运动级别运动员损伤形式不同,特别是在被动状态下的击球动作最容易造成损伤,因此选择正手后场蹬跨步被动击球技术的下肢动作进行研究是十分必要的.文章运用文献资料法、实验测试法、数理统计法对羽毛球正手后场蹬跨步动作的下肢受力数据进行分析,对比在是否穿戴传统护膝的情况下地面反作用力的变化特征,分析传统护膝对于下肢影响.总结可得:垂直方向的力值最大且影响力最大;传统护膝减小垂直方向和前后方向的地面反作用力;护膝对于优秀运动员帮助更大.
Badminton Sports injury is very common,different sports level athletes have different forms of injury,especially in the passive state of the stroke most likely to cause injury.Therefore,it is necessary to study the lower limb movements of forehand backfield pedal stride passive hitting technique.In this paper,the methods of literature review,experimental testing,and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the lower limb force data of forehand backfield pedal in badminton,compare the changes in ground reaction force with and without traditional kneepads,and analyze the impact of traditional kneepads on the lower limbs.In summary,it can be concluded that the vertical force value is the largest and has the greatest impact.Traditional kneepads reduce the vertical and forward and backward ground reaction forces,and kneepads are more helpful for excellent athletes.
