铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,也是民族地区各项工作的主线。从心理构建机制的过程来看,“铸牢”的过程即是“认同”的过程,本文基于政治认同、情感认同、文化认同三重维度下,分析“我是谁”、“从哪来”、“到哪里去”的逻辑演进,从人类活动符号、制度演进符号、文化传承符号的具象化中得到启发,将各民族的独特元素融入国家多元一体的整体文化构建中,正确把握“四对”关系、把握人类文化发展规律,主动担当对发展人类文化的历史责任,更好保障各民族群众合法权益,进而不断丰富发展党的民族工作理论和政策。

To firmly build the sense of community of the Chinese nation is the main line of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,and also the main line of all work in ethnic areas.From the perspective of the process of psychological construction mechanism,the process of"casting"is the process of"identification".Based on the three dimensions of political identity,emotional identity and cultural identity,this paper analyzes the logical evolution of"who I am","where I come from"and"where I am going".Inspired by the concretization of three symbols of human activity,institutional evolution and cultural inheritance,the paper integrated the unique elements of each ethnic group into the overall cultural construction of the country.We should correctly grasp the"four pairs"relationship and the law of human culture development,take the initiative to assume the historical responsibility for the development of human culture,better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people of all ethnic groups,and then continuously enrich the development of the Party's ethnic work theory and policy.
