The turbine vacuum system plays a key role in the generator set.It is used to provide the required vacuum conditions to ensure the proper operation of the turbine and efficient power generation.The existing vacuum system has some problems,including high energy consumption and unstable operation.Therefore,this paper proposes a series of optimization measures by analyzing the operation mechanism and key components of the vacuum system.By improving the selection and configuration of the vacuum pump,the energy consumption is reduced and the pumping capacity is improved.Through the introduction of automatic control system and intelligent monitoring device,the real-time monitoring and adjustment of the vacuum system are realized.Carry out comprehensive system optimization and operation parameter adjustment to achieve the best energy efficiency and performance.Through the implementation of the above optimization measures,the efficiency and performance of the vacuum system of the generator set can be significantly improved,the energy consumption can be reduced,the operation cost can be reduced,and the reliability and stability of the system can be improved.
