摘要
从船舶涂装入手,为选用新型机舱环氧漆替代传统的醇酸漆,开展相关技术工艺参数对比、配套方案对比、施工周期对比和成本对比,以达到提高涂装效率、降低油漆消耗、减少挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)排放的目的。
Started with the ship painting,in order to replace the traditional alkyd paint with a new-type engine room epoxy paint,the relevant technical process parameters comparison,matching scheme comparison,construction cycle comparison,and cost comparison are made,so as to improve the painting efficiency,reduce the paint consumption,and reduce the Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)emission.
