摘要
分析数字射线成像检测(Digital Radiography Testing,DRT)技术的基本原理与技术优势,介绍DRT技术在压力管道焊缝不停产检测中的应用实例。与常规射线检测(Radiography Testing,RT)技术相比,DRT技术可对焊接材料的内部质量进行更直观清晰的检测,促进焊缝检测结果更加精确,有助于压力管道的安全运行。
The basic principle and technical advantages of Digital Radiography Testing(DRT)technology are analyzed,and the application examples of DRT technology in on-line testing of pressure pipeline weld are introduced.Compared with conventional Radiography Testing(RT)technology,DRT technology can conduct more visual and clear testing in the internal quality of welding materials,promote more precise weld testing results,and contribute to the safe operation of pressure pipeline.
