复合聚氨酯注浆材料性能试验分析

摘要 为保证地面钻孔施工顺利,针对地面钻孔施工期间揭露含水层和导水构造裂隙导致的涌水、涌砂问题,在实验室条件下配制出由纳米二氧化硅质量分数2%、催化剂质量分数0.16%和水玻璃质量分数12%的复合注浆材料,并使用此材料开展了注浆堵水试验。经试验验证,经复合材料注浆后裂隙堵水率提高了54.8%~68.44%,具有显著堵水治理效果。 order to ensure the smooth construction of surface drilling,the problems of water gushing and sand gushing caused by aquifer and structural fissure of water conduction are revealed during the construction of surface drilling.The composite grouting materials made of 2%nano silica,0.16%catalyst and 12%sodium silicate were prepared under laboratory conditions.The test results showed that the water plugging rate of the cracks of the composite materials increased by 54.8%~68.44%after grouting,which has a significant water plugging treatment effect.
