培养机械工程专业研究生“大国工匠”精神的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice for Craftsman Spirit of Great Powers in Graduate Students of Mechanical Engineering

开展“大国工匠”精神教育,激发学生科技报国的家国情怀和使命担当是当代高校课程思政建设的重要内容。以地方普通本科高校研究生教育为依托,探讨了实现研究生“大国工匠”精神教育的路径:发挥校企共建协同育人平台的育人功效;打造双师双能型高水平教师团队;以学科竞赛为重要抓手,培养学生创新意识与团队协作能力;深入企业开展实践活动,切实提高解决工程问题能力。研究生“大国工匠”精神教育效果得到显著提升,研究生的大国工匠意识入脑入心,创新意识不断增强,学术成果水平不断提高。

An important content of the ideological and political construction of contemporary colleges is to carry out the spiritual education of“great craftsman”to stimulate the students'feelings and mission of serving the country with science and technology.In this paper,we probe into the path of carry out spiritual education for great craftsma,give play to the educational effect of the collaborative education platform jointly built by schools and enterprises,build a high-level teacher team with double teachers and double abilities,cultivate students'innovative consciousness and teamwork ability based on subject competition,effectively improve the ability to solve engineering problems by carry out practical activities in enterprises.We thoroughly summarize the experience and achievements in this paper.In a nutshell,the effect of postgraduate“great craftsman”spirit education has been significantly improved,the great craftsman of graduate students is win support among the students,the sense of innovation has been constantly enhanced and the level of academic achievements has been continuously improved.
