摘要
为试验低轧制力下低合金钢板的晶粒度和折弯性能,采用不同Nb、V、C元素含量的成分设计,从试验结果来看:采用Nb-V微合金化或降低C含量的成分设计,可以改善材料的塑性和晶粒度。尤其是降低C含量后,在低晶粒度下,折弯性能结果仍然良好。
In order to test the grain size and bending properties of low alloy steel plate under low rolling force,the composition design with different contents of Nb,V and C elements is adopted.The test results show that the plastic and grain size of the material can be improved by adopting NB-V microalloying or reducing the content of C.Especially when the C content is reduced,the bending performance is still good at low grain size.
