摘要
目的:探讨在重症监护室(ICU)急性心肾衰竭患者治疗中运用血液净化技术的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月茂名市人民医院ICU收治的急性心肾衰竭患者50例作为研究对象。患者均运用血液净化技术治疗,统计治疗效果、并发症发生情况,比较治疗前后的肾功能指标、生命体征。结果:治疗效果总有效率为96.00%(48/50);治疗后,血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平低于治疗前,肌酐清除率高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,血氧饱和度水平高于治疗前,舒张压、收缩压、心率低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗期间并发症发生率为8.00%(4例)。结论:连续性血液净化技术在急性心肾衰竭患者中治疗效果显著,可以改善肾功能,稳定生命体征,并发症的发生风险小。
Objective:To explore the effect of blood purification technology in the treatment of patients with acute cardiorenal failure in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 50 patients with acute cardiorenal failure admitted to the ICU of Maoming People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were treated with blood purification technology,the treatment effects and complications were statistically calculated,and the renal function indicators and vital signs before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.00%(48/50);after treatment,serum uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine levels were lower than those before treatment,creatinine clearance rate was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the blood oxygen saturation level was higher than that before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of complications during the treatment period was 8.00%(4 cases).Conclusion:Continuous blood purification technology is significantly effective in the treatment of patients with acute cardiorenal failure,and can improve renal function,stabilize vital signs,and reduce the risk of complications.
