冷冻球囊消融术治疗房颤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observations of Cryoballoon Ablation in Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation

目的:分析冷冻球囊消融术治疗房颤的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年3月江苏省人民医院收治的房颤患者100例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为冷冻组和传统组,各50例。传统组给予射频消融术治疗,冷冻组给予冷冻球囊消融术治疗,比较两组患者并发症发生率及围术期情况。结果:冷冻组并发症总发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。两组患者肺静脉隔离成功率、透视时长、治疗费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冷冻组消融持续时长短于传统组,冷冻最低温低于传统组,术中视觉模拟评分法评分高于传统组,射线量、疼痛次数少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冷冻球囊消融术治疗房颤可降低患者并发症发生率,改善围术期情况,安全性强。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of cryoballoon ablation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with atrial fibrillation treated in Jiangsu Province Hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the treatment methods,patients were divided into freezing group and traditional group with 50 cases in each group.The traditional group received radiofrequency ablation treatment and the freezing group received cryoballoon ablation treatment.The incidence of complications and perioperative conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the freezing group was lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).There were no significant differences in the success rate of pulmonary vein isolation,fluoroscopy duration and treatment cost between the two groups(P>0.05);the duration of ablation in the freezing group was shorter than that in the traditional group,the minimum temperature of freezing in the freezing group was lower than that in the traditional group,the score of intraoperative visual analogue scale in the freezing group was higher than that in the traditional group,and the amount of radiation and the number of pain in the freezing group were less than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cryoballoon ablation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the perioperative conditions,and have strong safety.
