低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林治疗胎儿宫内生长受限的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin Calcium Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Fetal Intrauterine Growth Restriction

目的:分析在胎儿宫内生长受限患者中应用低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年1月铜仁市人民医院收治的胎儿宫内生长受限患者80例作为研究对象,经双盲法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿司匹林治疗。比较两组脐血流参数指标、胎儿发育情况、妊娠并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者阻力参数、动力参数、脐动脉收缩末期/舒张末期峰值均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胎儿腹围、头围、股骨长高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者妊娠并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0133)。结论:在胎儿宫内生长受限患者的临床治疗中,应用低分子肝素联合阿司匹林可改善脐血流参数,促进胎儿发育,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of low-molecular-weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of fetal intrauterine growth restriction.Methods:Eighty patients with fetal intrauterine growth restriction admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment,and the observation group received aspirin treatment on the basis of control group.The umbilical cord blood flow parameters,fetal development,and incidence of pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the resistance parameter,motility parameter and peak end-systolic velocity/end-diastolic velocity of umbilical artery in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fetal abdominal circumference,head circumference and femoral length in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0133).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with fetal intrauterine growth restriction,the application of low-molecular-weight heparin combined with aspirin can improve umbilical cord blood flow parameters and promote fetal development,which is highly safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
