口服中药联合隔玉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Oral Chinese Medicine Combined with Jade-Separated Moxibustion in Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察口服中药联合隔玉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经(PD)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2022年9月于佛山市中医院治未病中心初次诊断为寒凝血瘀型PD的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组口服中药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予隔玉灸治疗。比较两组临床相关指标、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、痛经持续时间和疼痛症状严重程度均优于治疗前,治疗组VAS评分、疼痛症状严重程度评分低于对照组,痛经持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合隔玉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型PD效果确切,能显著改善症状严重程度,缩短痛经持续时间,减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with jade-separated moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea(PD)of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 60 patients who were initially diagnosed with PD of cold coagulation and blood stasis type in Center for Preventive Treatment of Diseases,Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine and the treatment group was treated with jade-separated moxibustion on the basis of control group.The clinically relevant indexes and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale score(VAS),dysmenorrhea duration and pain symptom severity in the two groups were better than those before treatment,the visual analogue scale score and pain symptom severity score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the dysmenorrhea duration in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with jade-separated moxibustion has a definite effect in the treatment of PD of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and can significantly improve the severity of symptoms,shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,and reduce the degree of pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
