中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for Subacute Thyroiditis

目的:分析中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月青州市中医院收治的亚急性甲状腺炎患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症状积分、甲状腺功能、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);治疗后,两组中医症状积分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、血清游离甲状腺素水平低于对照组,促甲状腺激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、Clara细胞分泌蛋白、肺表面活性蛋白、可溶性糖化终末产物受体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:临床对于亚急性甲状腺炎患者实施中西医结合治疗可行,有助于提高临床疗效,改善患者相关症状及甲状腺功能,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for subacute thyroiditis.Methods:A total of 40 patients with subacute thyroiditis admitted to Qingzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,thyroid function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of free triiodothyronine and serum free thyroxine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,Clara cell secretory protein,pulmonary surfactant protein and soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:It is feasible to implement the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with subacute thyroiditis,which is helpful to improve clinical efficacy,ameliorate patients'related symptoms and thyroid function,and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
